Sunflower Halva
Why do I love it?
For any of those who wonder what sunflower halva IS, I'm gonna tell you about it in a few words.

Halva is a confectionary that is found throughout many regions, including the one where I live at: Eastern Europe. The name, however, refers to a broad variety of different recipes, generally a thick paste made from flour, butter, oil, saffron, rosewater, milk, turmeric powder, and sugar.
One of them is sunflower halva, which is made of roasted ground sunflower seeds instead of sesame. This brick thing might look weird, but trust me, it's good! Sunflower halva is really sweet and I love to drink tea with it! It's got a nice sunflower-seedyesque aftertaste which I adore very very much. And the texture is crumbly and feels really nice.
Aside from its taste, halva has some pretty good nutritional value too! It's rich in plant-based proteins, healthy fats, iron and vitamin E.
In my opinion it's just a really underrated snack and a lot more people out there should try it. As I said earlier, it's quite popular in post-Soviet countries like Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Bulgaria and Romania, and I feel like more people from other countries should try this variant of halva. I could go on and on about how good it is, but I feel like I should stop here.
